Appellant was indicted for carrying a firearm in a court. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 46.03(a)(3) (West Supp.1996). After her pretrial motion to suppress evidence was overruled, appellant pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of unlawfully carrying a weapon. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 46.02(a) (West 1994).
