Appellant, Elgin Gregory King, appeals the judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court convicting him of first-degree murder and sentencing him to forty years imprisonment. For reversal, appellant contends first, that the trial court erred in failing to declare one of the state's witnesses an accomplice as a matter of law or in failing to instruct the jury on the accomplice question, and second, that there was insufficient evidence of guilt.
