Old Republic Insurance Company appeals a judgment setting aside a compromise settlement agreement of a worker's compensation claim filed by Elvirn Fuller. The company contends that the trial court's conclusion that Fuller did not ratify the agreement was incorrect as a matter of law, or in the alternative, was against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence.
