WALKER, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted appellant of having committed the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated—Subsequent Offense. The jury then assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice— Institutional Division for a term of fifteen (15) months, and fined appellant $2,000.
