Wilburn Driggers appeals from his conviction for aggravated sexual assault. Driggers contends that the trial court erred by allowing the complainant to testify by closed-circuit television, because there was insufficient evidence to show the necessity for the use of that procedure; that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction; and that the court erred by excluding evidence...
