On November 25, 1985 Raymond Cockerham was convicted of two counts of armed robbery which occurred on May 7, 1985 and May 30, 1985. He was sentenced on April 1, 1986 to serve thirty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence on each count, to run consecutively.
