LIVINGSTON, Justice.

James W. Coleson, appellant, appeals the trial court order removing him as attorney ad litem for minor Thomas Adam Bethan. Appellee David Bouschor is the replacement ad litem and appellee Bernard J. Bethan is Thomas's guardian and father. Coleson asserts in two points of error that the trial court erred or abused its discretion in involuntarily removing him: 1) without any substantive grounds for the removal; and 2) sua sponte...
