Following her discharge, Appellant Corey Loghry brought suit against Appellee Unicover Corporation for breach of her employment contract. In an earlier decision, this Court affirmed the district court's grant of partial summary judgment to Unicover, holding that Unicover's employee handbook did not alter Appellant Corey Loghry's at-will employment status.
