MORRIS, Justice.

This is a summary judgment case. B.J. and Tammy Hollingsworth appeal the summary judgment granted in favor of the City of Dallas enjoining the Hollingsworths from operating their pawnshop on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas. In four points of error, the Hollingsworths argue that the City did not establish it was entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law; the City was not entitled to an injunction; the City's zoning ordinances...
