The parents of an eight year old child have here sued a day care center on behalf of their son, seeking relief under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (the "ADA" or the "Act"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq., and under state law. Plaintiff J.H., by his parents and next friends, David H. and Marsha H., has here sued defendant ABC Care, Inc. ("ABC Care").
