Appellants, Alan Jurisich, Donna Jurisich Brumat, Linda Jurisich Mollere, Peter Jurisich, Dr. Steven Jurisich, and Laurie Jurisich Henderson are the children of the decedent, Alvin Peter Jurisich. The Jurisich children appeal a judgment of the trial court sustaining the validity of a will executed by the decedent on September 12, 1990. In the challenged will, the decedent disinherited all six of his adult children...
