Swiss Bank Corporation ("SBC") and O'Connor Investments (O'Connor") brought a two-count complaint against Dresser Industries, Inc. ("Dresser"). In Count I plaintiffs alleged a claim for breach of contract; in Count II they alleged a claim for reformation.
