Plaintiff, an inmate in the Maryland prison system, alleges that defendant, a doctor, violated 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by refusing to remove a suture wire from plaintiff's abdomen after a hernia surgery. Defendant Granger has moved for summary judgment, arguing that plaintiff has only demonstrated that plaintiff and other doctors disagreed with Granger's decision, not that Granger exhibited the deliberate indifference required...
