Terry Henderson was convicted by a jury, inter alia,1 of carrying a pistol without a license ("CPWOL"), in violation of D.C.Code § 22-3204(a) (1996). His sole contention on appeal is that the government's evidence was insufficient to sustain his CPWOL conviction because the pistol was located in the trunk of his car, and not "on or about" his person as required by § 22-3204(a).
