Appellant seeks review of an order denying his motion seeking post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Appellant pled no contest to two counts of sexual battery committed upon a child under the age of 16 years. He was sentenced respectively to consecutive terms of 15 years and 7 years.
