Petitioner seeks review of a final order of the Board of Medical Examiners (Board) revoking his license to practice medicine. Petitioner seeks outright reversal and reinstatement of his license, or, failing that, either a remand to the Board or an order vacating the Board's order in the light of intervening statutory changes.
