PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Eugene Lowe, appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. In his motion, the defendant maintained that he was entitled to receive a new trial because he had located newly-discovered evidence. Because the defendant failed to demonstrate that the evidence was newly discovered, we affirm.
