O'CONNOR, Justice.

The appellant, Emil Louis Ites, was convicted by a jury of aggravated sexual assault of his daughter. The jury assessed punishment of life imprisonment after finding an enhancement paragraph in the indictment to be true. The appellant raises four points of error and contends his conviction should be reversed and remanded.
