John Frederick Taylor was charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated ("DWI"). TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 49.04, 49.09(a) (Vernon 1994 & Supp. 1996).1 He filed a motion to suppress evidence, which was denied.
