This is an appeal from an agreed decree of divorce. In five points of error, appellant Richard Clanin asserts the trial court erred in finding that the parties had entered into a valid agreement under Rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure; and, even if there was a valid agreement, appellant withdrew his consent prior to entry of the judgment.
