Upon his guilty plea pursuant to a negotiated bargain, appellant Jimmy Ray Jones was convicted of possession of less than twenty-eight grams of cocaine. Upon finding the indictment's two enhancement averments true, the court sentenced appellant to twenty-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
