This is an action for termination of the parental rights of the natural father of a young child. As a consequence of certain discovery violations by the natural father, the court imposed sanctions under I.R.C.P. 37(b) and (d) which precluded the natural father from presenting at trial his exhibits and the testimony of several of his witnesses.
