Larry Williams is a Florida prisoner seeking 28 U.S.C. § 2254 relief from a state court prison sentence. He appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Williams contends that his right under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to be free from double jeopardy was violated when he was convicted and sentenced for both burglary with an assault (first degree burglary) and assault.
