This is an appeal from the judgment entered in a commercial landlord/tenant dispute, whereby appellee was awarded back rent, utility costs, and attorney's fees based upon its claims under two separate leases and appellants were awarded nothing on their counterclaim. In eight points of error, appellants contend that 1) the trial court erred in granting appellee a partial summary judgment; 2) the evidence is insufficient to support the jury's finding...
