Ntreh brought suit against the University of Texas at Dallas ("the University") asserting he was wrongfully disciplined. Ntreh asserted causes of action for violation of 42 U.S.C. section 1983, section 106.001(a)(6) of the civil practice and remedies code, and for breach of contract.
