Defendant Larry Casaus (Defendant) appeals his jury convictions on two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor in the third degree under NMSA 1978, Section 30-9-13(A) (Repl.Pamp.1994) and one count of kidnapping (no great bodily harm) under NMSA 1978, Section 30-4-1 (Repl.
