Orlin Goode, as Independent Executor of the Estate of James Emerson Goode (Goode) sued Mohammad F. Shoukfeh, M.D. (Shoukfeh) for medical malpractice and appeals from an adverse judgment. Goode attempts to secure reversal by attacking purported error concerning jury selection. His first three points involve allegations of discriminatorily used peremptive strikes.
