BLUE, Judge.
The Department of Revenue appeals the trial court's final order denying the paternity action. The record shows that there was no pleading requesting the order, nor was a hearing held prior to the entry of the order. Because there is no basis in the record for the order, we reverse.
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
