Appellant pled guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance. TEX. HEALTH & SAFETY CODE ANN. § 481.112 (Vernon 1992).1 The trial court found him guilty and assessed punishment at six years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
