The appellant, Charles Wayne Anglin, appeals the summary denial of his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P. The appellant was convicted of robbery in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975.
