The motions before the Court arise out of an interpleader action commenced by plaintiff Continental Insurance Company ("Continental"). Docket Item ("D.I. 1"). As a result of an accident caused by one of its insureds, fourteen claimants filed competing claims for the insurance proceeds of $300,000.
