Plaintiffs-appellants, Charles H. and Vicki Black, appeal from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Frank and Janice Cosentino and Russell Realtors, in appellants' lawsuit against the appellees for misrepresentation and concealment in a real estate transaction.
