Relator was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine and obstruction of justice in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A)(1) and La.R.S. 14:130.1, respectively. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged on both counts. The court thereafter sentenced him to concurrent terms of 10 years at hard labor.
