Appellant, Francisco Peter (Peter), sued Appellees, Ogden Ground Services and Ogden Consolidated Aviation Services (Ogden) for injuries received in an automobile accident. Following a bench trial, the trial judge found that Ogden was negligent and awarded Peter damages for medical expenses, lost wages, and physical pain and mental anguish.
