Plaintiff has filed this strict products liability action seeking to recover damages for injuries sustained while cleaning a commercial lawnmower manufactured by the defendant. Plaintiff alleges that the lawnmower was unreasonably dangerous and defective both as to its design and lack of adequate warnings.
