Appellants Camco International, Inc. and Camco, Inc. (collectively "Camco") appeal a summary judgment granted for Perry R. Bass, Inc. and the Sid W. Richardson Foundation (hereinafter "Bass-Richardson") in a dispute over whether certain royalty payments were due under United Kingdom patent law.
