This appeal arises from a worker's compensation claim filed on behalf of Lawrence Henderson, Jr. (Henderson). Henderson's widow, Elexia Henderson, sought worker's compensation from Henderson's employer, Colonial Sugar Refinery (Colonial), for the heart attack and death of her husband occurring November 3, 1993.
