David Williams appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the loss of gain time as a result of a disciplinary report. He argues that he was denied due process rights at his disciplinary hearing because the Department of Corrections (DOC) failed either to produce a requested witness in person or to note on the record the reason for declining to call the witness.
