Roberto Sanchez Garcia ("Appellant") was charged with burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. Appellant pleaded not guilty and waived his right to a jury trial. On July 21, 1995, the 4th Judicial District Court of Rusk County, Texas, tried and convicted Appellant of the charged offense. After a hearing on punishment, the court sentenced Appellant to 18 years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Appellant seeks reversal...
