TOWN OF GOLDEN BEACH v. BREAKSTONE BEACH PROPERTIES LTD.

No. 95-3105.

671 So.2d 880 (1996)

TOWN OF GOLDEN BEACH, Appellant, v. BREAKSTONE BEACH PROPERTIES, LTD., Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

April 17, 1996.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Johnson, Anselmo, Murdoch, Burke & George and Christine M. Duignan and Michael T. Burke, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

Shapo, Freedman & Fletcher, P.A., and David A. Freedman, Miami, for appellee.

Before JORGENSON, COPE and GERSTEN, JJ.
