WILSON, Justice.

Appellant, Phillip Wayne Willhite, appeals from his conviction for possession with intent to deliver more than four grams, but less than 200 grams, of cocaine. After a hearing, the trial court denied appellant's motion to suppress evidence. Pursant to a plea agreement, appellant pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for five years, and a $500 fine. In two points of error, appellant argues...
