INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff and appellant Maria Hernandez appeals from the dismissal1 of her complaint for wrongful death after demurrers were sustained without leave to amend on behalf of defendants and respondents, the County of Los Angeles, the City of Pomona, and Officers Gregg Guenther and Raul Camargo (collectively the City of Pomona defendants).
