MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff brings this lawsuit pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq against defendant Campbell Soup, Inc.

The ADA incorporates by reference the "powers, remedies, and procedures" set forth in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 42 U.S.C. § 12117(a). Thus, as in a Title VII case, plaintiff must file a charge of discrimination...
