STARR, Justice.

This is a case of first impression involving sexual offender registration. Appellant, a thirteen-year-old juvenile at the time of the alleged conduct, entered into a plea of true to three counts of delinquent conduct under Tex. Fam.Code Ann. § 54.03 (Vernon 1996).
