Defendant appeals from the judgment on his conviction by a jury of first-degree murder, § 565.021.1, RSMo 1994, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986, for which he was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole and life imprisonment. We affirm.
