MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Devera L. Foremanye ("Foremanye"), a black female, is a former employee of Essex Community College ("the College"). Plaintiff was terminated from her position at the College on December 4, 1991, and she has now filed a complaint in this Court alleging that she was subjected to employment discrimination because of her medical disability and because of her race.
