CHAPA, Chief Justice.

Nature of the Case

This is an appeal from a conviction of one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver1 and one count of possession of cocaine.2 In one point of error, appellant contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. We reverse and remand.
