Shortly after the birth of A.E., the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS) filed a petition for adjudication of dependency. The trial court conducted several hearings culminating in a dispositional order adjudicating A.E. dependent. The order temporarily granted custody of A.E. to her cousin, Patricia Wofford (appellant), and required A.E.'s mother, Michele Eid (appellee), to enter a formal case plan with HRS.
