Marilyn Louise Fryman appeals a declaratory judgment which terminated contractual alimony provided in an agreement incident to her divorce from Russell Jerome Fryman on May 1, 1990. In eleven points of error, she claims that: the automatic alimony termination provision is contrary to public policy and, therefore, void; there is no evidence to support the trial court's finding of fraud; and there is no basis for the trial court's...
