On November 8, 1993, Montrevel Billings pled guilty to conspiracy to deliver cocaine, a Class A felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C felony. The court sentenced him to twenty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction with fifteen years suspended on the first felony and ten years with five years suspended on the second.
